The FAU Partnership for Sustainable Communities is an initiative to address issues of sustainability, housing, economic viability, clean air and water, public safety, walkability and health, and other livability goals.
The MacArthur Foundation and the state of Florida in partnership with CUES at FAU established a $4 million endowment known as the Abacoa Project.
FAU has received a $375,000 implementation and research grant from The Kresge Foundation to identify, address and evaluate transportation solutions for students.
