Uploading Letters of Recommendation

There is another canvas course that guides you through letter upload requests. This course is called the application cycle course. 

How to Navigate the Application Cycle Canvas Course

  1. Once you have completed your waiver form and requested that the letter upload platform be sent to at least 3 evaluators, you may complete the application cycle quiz on the opening a file course canvas. 
  2. Between 7-10 business days of completing this quiz, you will be added to the application cycle canvas course where you will have one of two options. 
    1. The first option is to follow the general letter packet upload module set. This option is for those who would just like a composition of their individual letters uploaded 
    2. The second option is to follow the committee letter packet upload module set. This option is for those who would like a composition of their committee letters and individual letters uploaded
    3. Please note that you must follow the instructions for each assignment relevant to the module set you are interested in or you may experience a delay in processing your upload request. 
  3. If you are requesting a general letter packet upload, you will take the following steps: 
    1. Read through the general letter packet page
    2. Complete the proof of filing payment assignment
    3. Complete the AMCAS letter upload assignment 
    4. Your letters will then be uploaded within 7-10 business days 
  4. If you are requesting a committee letter packet upload, you will take the following steps:
    1. Read through the committee letter packet page
    2. Read through the committee interview criteria page
    3. Read through the requesting a committee interview page
    4. Complete the committee interview application upload assignment
    5. Complete the proof of filing payment assignment
    6. Complete the AMCAS letter upload assignment 
    7. Your letters will then be uploaded within 7-10 business days of your interview
